15 Day Return Policy

We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with any order placed with HRLash.com. If for one reason or another you are not satisfied with your item, please contact our customer service department through the website. You are able to ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund the product(s) within 15 days of you receiving the order. 

Product must be in perfect condition

The promise at our business is to sell products that are new and in perfect condition. For us to accept a return we must be able to ensure this is also guaranteed before we can resell a product. A product in perfect condition will have all its labels and tags attached to it, as well as the hanger or the packaging it came in (if applicable).

For example: if the shoes you ordered came in a box, you must return both shoes in the box, both in perfect condition. If a returned item is missing any of the original manufacturer's tags, there will be fee's imposed. The fee's will be determined by the severity of damage and estimated decrease in re-sell value. The amount will be deducted from to refund amount at time of reimbursement. A product in perfect condition will be clean, have no unusual odors (ie: cigarette smoke, perfume) and not have domestic animal fur on it. 

Please note: when ordering undergarments, for hygienic reasons, they cannot be returned. Since after purchase we cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the item, the return will be refused and the product shipped back to the customer at their expense ( $25 ).

It is at our discretion to decide if a product is in an acceptable condition. If you are not sure of the condition of the product you wish to return, please contact us before proceeding with the return.

If you return a product that is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to charge fees for cleaning or replacement costs up that will be deducted from your refund. We will take the decision that is most fair.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping of any returned item. Please contact your currier for estimates. 

​Please note we are only responsible for the return package once the delivery is completed and signed for at our business.

We will do our best to exchange any item

If you purchase an item and feel the size bigger or smaller would be a better fit contact us immediately and we can check our inventory. If we do not have the exact size and color you are looking for we can at least present with different options in order to accommodate you. If we do not have anything suitable for an exchange you can return the product back to us for a refund.

The customer is responsible for the return

You are responsible for the fees involved with returning the product. Whether you decide to use a delivery service or drive to our store, the fees will up to you for the return. This may differ if we have made a mistake in the shipping of your item(s) or there is a special promotion. We do understand that errors can occur and in certain cases of shipping the wrong item(s) or an order is damaged in delivery, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to take care of any discrepancy quickly.

Return delays

The return process can take up to 5 business days following the arrival of the product at our business. Returns are processed from Monday to Friday. We need to first receive the product, verify the contents are in perfect condition, and then we may begin to process the return. During peak periods or promotions, most notable Christmas season of December through January, the return process may take up to 8 business days, 3 more than usual. This is due to the expected higher number of returns during this period.

Non-returnable products

We accept returns for almost all of the products we sell, including those on sale. However, due to the nature of certain products, and our inability to ensure they are completely new, safe and hygienic for the next customer, certain products are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on underwear so we can ensure that any item purchased with clean, new and hygienic for any customer purchasing it. 

Returning products purchased during a promotion

During different sales and promotions there may be differing rules of reimbursement. Please contact our customer service department and we can inform you of what the policies are for that specific promotion. We do our best to be fair and open about our policies.
