Shipping and In Store Pick-Up

Free shipping within Canada on all orders over $150
​At, standard shipping is free within Canada on all orders over $150, before taxes. Additional charges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address in uncommon cases.

Free shipping within United States on all orders over $200
At, standard shipping is free within the United States on all orders over $200, before taxes. We will pay for the shipping but there may be additional charges of duty when shipping internationally. The duty is to be paid by the customer. Additional charges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address in uncommon cases.

Order Processing
After you are finished placing your order on, the processing will take between 1 and 2 business days. Note that our customer service team will processes orders between Monday and Friday, 9am to 6pm EST. For example, if you place an order Friday night it will begin to be processed Monday morning.

Shipping fees
The shipping fees will be displayed to you upon checkout. We do not charge anything for shipping when you purchase over $150 before taxes in Canada or $200 in the United States. If you are under that amount there will be a standard fee of $15 added to your bill at checkout or $25 if it is an order to the United States. ​

In-Store Pickup: a practical and free option
If you happen to live near Sault Ste. Marie, you also have the option to pick up your order from our store, without paying any shipping fees. Simply choose this option when you are at the stage of choosing your shipping method in your shopping cart. Your order will be available for pick-up once it has been processed. You will be contacted by telephone once the store has processed your order and the item(s) are available for pick-up. For security reasons, we ask you to bring a printout of your receipt, the credit card used to pay for the order, and 2 pieces of identification when you pick up your order. You will also be asked to sign a document attesting to the pickup. 

Receiving and picking up orders
When orders are delivered we require a signature confirming that you have indeed received your order, and not a stranger. This protects both you and from cases of theft or conflict in the case of a delivery error. Delivery dates will be estimated upon your checkout but we suggest leaving yourself with a 3 business day cushion for when you need the order. This way if the delivery driver arrives when you are out, you will have plenty of time to pick up your items from the office. There are also some uncommon cases where natural disasters or postal strikes delay delivers.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at 1-705-759-3785 or by e-mail so they can verify the status of your order. If the status is still in process and we have not shipped your order yet, we will be able to cancel it.

Send a message to us through the page and we should be able to respond promptly. Please note that we ship the majority of our orders in 24 hours. If the order that you wish to cancel has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel.

Where to have your order delivered
Since we are just starting out with our online e-commerce website we ask that your shipping address be the same as the address on the credit card used for the purchase. This protects us and you from credit card fraud. The courier companies we use to ship your orders deliver throughout the day, but usually between 9am and 6pm. If you are not home at time of shipment your item will be available for pick up at the delivery office.

Ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete address to prevent incurring any return shipping fees​.

Refusing delivery of a package, not claiming a package or wrong address

If you refuse your order at your door during delivery, it will be returned to our business location in Sault. Ste. Marie. The fees associated with the return delivery will be charged to us. The same outcome will occur to packages that do not get delivered because no one is home during the multiple delivery attempts or the package is not picked up from the local post office after X amount of days. Orders which you have had delivered to the wrong address or not given the complete address will also be returned to us.

With exception of delivery refusals due to a damaged package or an address error that was not your fault, we here at are not responsible for shipping fees. If we need to reship your order because it was not collected or an incorrect shipping address was provided, a fee of $25 will be charged to cover these expenses​.

If your order is returned to us as a “Return to sender” and you do not wish to receive this package anymore, we will refund your order but will deduct $15 from the reimbursement to cover the restocking fees.

Tracking your order
You can easily follow your order as it is being processed and shipped by us. Once the order is completed we will send an e-mail confirmation on the order with a tracking number once the item is shipped. With the tracking number you can go onto the corresponding courier website for a estimated delivery.
