Why can't I purchase Canada Goose jackets and have them shipped?

Although we are an authorized dealer for Canada Goose the company is currently not opening any more online dealers. This means we cannot ship our products across Canada but can sell them from our store location in Sault Ste. Marie. if you have any questions regarding this you can contact our customer service team.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Anything we sell on the website that can be added to cart can be shipped to those destinations simply through the checkout. Due to a higher shipping cost to ship into the united states we have a standard price of $25 shipping. Also If you spend over $200 the shipping is Free.

I'd like to alter an item I want to purchase.

We have our own tailor on site the works Monday through Saturday in the mornings. If you would like to order an item and have it altered we will do it for you at no charge. We can take in the waist, shorten a sleeve or hem a pant to make sure that the measurements are a better fit for you. At the checkout screen write a comment about what you would like done and we will take care of it for you. If you decide to return an item after the custom work has been done there will be a cost deducted from the return to cover the cost of work done by our tailor. Any major alterations done to an item will not be accepted as a return due to the drastic changes made to the garment.

Do I have to pay for the shipping on returns?

Yes, if you are returning an item for whatever reason the customer is to pay for the shipping back to us. Please contact our customer service team before returning anything. This way we will be expecting the item and be able to process the return quickly.

How do I know if the product will fit?

Purchasing online is difficult when you are not familiar with a brand. If you have purchased a particular brand before you will have a good idea about how the sizing will fit. It is difficult to post all the exact measurements corresponding to every coat on the site but if you would like to further inquire about the fit of an item you can contact our customer service team where we can take measurements for you to help you make a more informed purchase.

Are the brands you sell authentic?​ 

Yes, we are an authorized dealer for all the items we are selling online. We also have a physical store that you are able to visit and have been featured in local news articles and promoted by the brands that we sell for the longevity and commitment to customer service we provide.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Once you place a order and finish the checkout process we will finish processing the order at our store location, package the item purchased and bring it to our designated currier. Once that is completed you will receive an e-mail saying your item has been shipped with the tracking number attached.

Why was my order cancelled?

We work very hard to protect our customers and ensure that any order is not fraudulent. We will cancel any orders that do not pass our verification process. If your billing address does not match up with your shipping address your order will be cancelled. We are a new website so this is the best process to avoid any fraudulent orders. You can contact us if your order has been cancelled to go over the details. ​
