Shipping
To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
We ship all across Canada! Once our order is placed we will package and ship the same business day if placed before 1PM EST or the next business day. Our orders are shipped from Sault. Ste. Marie, Ontario and we use Expedited Shipping on all orders. The average approximate time for orders to ship to different provinces are:

At H.R. Lash, we offer many different types of sales throughout the year. One type of sale that you may come across is a final sale. Final Sale item's will have a badge on the product page saying "Final Sale, No Returns" Final sales can be a great way to snag a deal, but it's important to understand the rules and restrictions that come with them.
What is a Final Sale?
It's a sale where all purchases are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sales are typically offered on clearance items or end-of-season styles, and they often have a significantly reduced price.
When shopping for a final sale, it's important to keep a few things in mind:

No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. So, make sure the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want and that it will fit them.
- If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a mis-ship, we will make exceptions for these situations. Please reach out to our Customer Care for these exceptions.

Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea of how the item(s) fits.

No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.

How do you price your postage?
Our website offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125. If your order is unable to meet that requirement we have a flat rate charge of $9.99 shipping for orders under $124.99.
Please note: If you live in a remote location in Canada with an abnormally high shipping cost we reserve the right to repackage or cancel the order.
Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes, we can. If you are interested in purchasing something from us internationally you can contact us directly in order to see if we can give you a quote for your order. International order will have an added shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any duty charged for the order.
Returns
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, orders from our website www.hrlash.com will be able to receive a free return label if you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange.
Please note: If you live in a remote location in Canada with an high shipping cost we may require you to purchase and package your order in a flat rate shipping box to be returned.
How long do I have to return my order?
You will have 15 days after the delivery of your order to contact us about your return and have a return label issued. Return should be packaged and shipped shortly after the return label is received.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 100 Years in the same building location. The store was established in 1914. Take a look at the history in pictures page on our website to see some amazing old photo's from our time here.
From where do you operate?
We are in Sault. Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. Located in the bottom of Ontario at the Great Lakes. We are a twin city, border to Sault. Ste. Marie Michigan located right on the border to the United States.
What makes you different from your competitors?
Our business has been in operation for a very long history with excellent customer service. Chances are if you need to contact us for any reason you would be speaking directly with the owner.
