Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for returns:

Items must be unused and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for approved returns within Canada.
Remote & Rural Area Returns:
If the return shipping cost exceeds $40, the remainder will be deducted from your refund.
Please use the prepaid return label we provide and drop off the package at the designated courier location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in these situations:

Clothing with obvious signs of wear

Items not returned in their original condition

Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Returns requested after the 14-day window
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we provide one prepaid return label for website orders.

Additional exchanges or repeated returns may require the customer to cover return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, contact us immediately.

You have 14 days from delivery to report issues.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as Final Sale:

No returns or exchanges are accepted for Final Sale items.

Exceptions are made for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.

Final Sale items will be clearly labeled on the product page.
Restocking Fees
Returns outside the 14-day window or returns that do not meet our return policy criteria may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 80% of the order cost or return shipping cost, whichever is higher.
Late or Missing Refunds
