Shipping Rates
At H. R. Lash, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders over $125 across most of Canada.

Orders of $124.99 or less are subject to a $9.99 flat-rate shipping fee

Shipping to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or the Yukon is subject to a $45 flat-rate shipping fee due to higher delivery costs
Remote & Rural Area Shipping
While we offer free and flat-rate shipping across most of Canada, some remote or rural locations may incur higher courier fees.
If the actual shipping cost exceeds $40, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference beyond this amount. In these cases, we will contact you prior to shipment with the additional cost for approval.
If the additional charge is not accepted, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Certain oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges due to courier limitations. If applicable, customers will be contacted prior to shipment with a revised shipping quote for approval before the order is shipped.
International Orders
For international purchases, please contact us in advance by emailing hrlash@hotmail.com with the item you are interested in and your shipping location.
International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be quoted prior to order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In-Store Pickup (Free)
Customers located in or near Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario may select In-Store Pickup at checkout at no additional cost.
Orders are typically ready for pickup the same day once processed. You will receive a Shopify notification when your order is ready.
For security purposes, customers must bring:

A printed copy of the order receipt

The credit card used for the purchase

Two pieces of valid identification
A pickup confirmation form must be signed at the time of pickup.
Receiving Your Order
All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt. This protects both the customer and HRLash.com from theft or delivery disputes.
If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, the package will be held at the courierâs local office for pickup. We recommend allowing a 3-business-day buffer if your order is time-sensitive.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, it may be cancelled.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Address Requirements
For fraud prevention, the shipping address must match the billing address on the credit card used for the purchase.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in return shipping fees being deducted from your refund.
Note: Some courier services do not deliver to PO Box addresses. A physical address may be required.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders returned due to refusal of delivery or being unclaimed will be refunded minus up to a 50% restocking fee to cover shipping and processing costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Tracking information can be viewed on the courierâs website.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we will submit an insurance claim with the carrier.
Refunds can only be issued after the carrierâs claim has been approved and paid. Carriers may require additional information from the customer. Please allow 40â60 business days for the claim review process.
